Confocal microphotograph of myocardial tissue of mice after treatment to show the efficiency of gene transfection in vivo by UTMD. 5 days after the treatment of UTMD in the myocardial tissue of mice, the samples were immunostained with an antibody against green fluorescent protein (GFP, green), nuclear staining (Hoechst, blue).
