= patients without significant coronary disease in the three main coronary arteries.
= patients with borderline stenoses (diameter stenosis, 50% - 75%) in the ipsilateral and/or contralateral coronary artery.
= patients with high-grade stenoses (diameter stenosis, 76% - 99%) in the ipsilateral and/or contralateral coronary artery.
= patients with occlusion in the contralateral coronary artery.
