  1. Group A = patients without significant coronary disease in the three main coronary arteries.
  2. Group B = patients with borderline stenoses (diameter stenosis, 50% - 75%) in the ipsilateral and/or contralateral coronary artery.
  3. Group C = patients with high-grade stenoses (diameter stenosis, 76% - 99%) in the ipsilateral and/or contralateral coronary artery.
  4. Group D = patients with occlusion in the contralateral coronary artery.
