B) Tissue Tracking in a patient with dilated cardiomyopathy. There is a dilated left ventricle with "baseball shape" and reduced displacement values and no basal-apical gradient (max displacement = 8 mm) in the septal segments and DLC in the lateral wall (no colour-coding) indicating asynchrony of the lateral wall.
