Note marked improvement in mitral inflow filling time (from 234 ms to 289 ms), change in pulmonary vein flow from diastolic dominant to systolic dominant along with decrease in atrial reversal velocity (from 34 to 32 cm/s) and improved LV ejection duration (from 242 to 251 ms).
