Kaplan-Meier curve for HOCM patients during follow-up period. Survival rate and log survival rate decreased whereas cumulate hazard gradually increased during follow-up time. The survival rate was 100 % at the first year after surgery and then decreased to 99.3 % at the second and the third year. The survival rate was 98.5 % at the fourth year and reduced to 97.8 % at the fifth year
