Apical fixation of the Probefix for echocardiography. The ultrasound probe (M5Sc, GE Healthcare, Milwaukee, USA) is fixated to the patient’s chest with the Probefix. The patient is sitting upright on the bicycle ergometer. First the optimal apical four chamber position is searched for without the fixator. Next, the probe is placed in the Probefix, which is then fixated to the patient by attaching the chest straps
