It is usually not possible to visualize proximal and middle part of the Cx in a single cross sectional view due to different spatial orientation of proximal and middle segments of the artery. Here, approximate location of proximal segment and location of middle segment in relation to the cross section of left ventricle at the level of mitral anulus is shown.
