Compromised Left Ventricular Function (EF < 60% or End-Systolic Diameter ≥ 40 mm)

Pulmonary Hypertension

A Regurgitant Jet Origin at Level of Coaptation Zone

Coaptation Length ≥ 2 mm

Coaptation Depth ≤ 11 mm

Flail Gap < 10 mm

Flail Width < 15 mm

Left Ventricular EF < 25%

Left Ventricular End-Systolic Diameter > 55 mm

Mitral Valve Orifice Area < 4 cm2
