Acute LV systolic dysfunction in a 50-year old female patient affected by granulocytic sarcoma during CT by daunorubicine (50 mg/m2), cytarabine (30 mg/m2), etoposide 50 mg/m2. LV end-diastolic diameter (left panel) is 48.9 mm and LV end-systolic diameter (right panel) is 41.7 mm. Thus, endocardial fractional shortening is 14.7 % and EF = 37.9 %. EF = Ejection fraction, LV = Left ventricular.
