Stress echocardiography of mitral valve. SE performed with the Probefix in patient six. The patient had a history of mitral valve plasty due to P2 leaflet prolapse. Patient experienced progressive dyspnoea, fatigue and weight gain after surgery. SE was performed to assess the mitral valve pressure gradient during exercise, which was not elevated. At baseline and at peak exercise, right ventricular filling pressures were also assessed with continuous wave Doppler of the tricuspid valve
